hi there im new to this so bear with me
i am cooking an 8 course diner for xmass for my wifes family as i do every year and its always a success ( thank god )
but it is never anything to do with xmass only the crackers thats all but this year her sis is coming from america and she loves xmass pud so if i can get any ideas of what way to do this it would be a great help . its fine dining so the dessert would have to be quite delicate please help

hi lynda why dont you slowley intrudce him to different things thats the way my wife did with me and now ill eat just about anything (except fish!!!!!) just start with a tiny bit of garlic , finnely chop the onion things like that hope this helps you rick...
