I've just found it after hours of searching. Its called a Gefu Spiral Slicer and you can get it from Amazon!!!
Hope that helps. I wish they had given more details on the programme it would have saved me loads of time.

Thanks very much for all these suggestions. Actually the taleggio seems to have gone down by itself, don't know how that happens. The rest I'm going to try cubing (have to be very small cubes unfortunately) and adding to some stuffed mushrooms which I fancy doing tonight. Can't wait

I tried cooking with this for the first time today. It was delicious. I did the chicory recipe in the current good food mag. Now can anyone suggest something cheap and easy I can do with the other half of the pack? Thanks very much for any help.
