Sodium Alginate and Edible Calcium Ions
I have found an amazing recipe that I cannot wait to try the only problem is that it includes these rather unusual ingredients so my question is:
1. Where is the best place to find these (I live in NI so online would be ideal!)
2. Are there any special precautions etc. to keep in mind when using them?
