watched todays programme(16 oct 2009)RE sourcing fresh yeast!!
In response to the presenters answer, NO you cannot get fresh yeast from the supermarket! Tried Asda and Tesco, Sorry we no longer sell fresh yeast, company policy, apparently!!. what about your local baker?? Why do these programmes often push the supermarkets?? Thought market kitchen was about promoting the smaller guy?
