Expedition Borneo: The Fragile Forest

Deep in the heart of Borneo, remote ravines, rain forests and mountains are home to some of the world's rarest animals. For the Expedition Borneo project, an intrepid team of wildlife experts, environmentalists, filmmakers and climbers trekked miles into the jungle, to a specially constructed base camp. From here they set out to document and film the region's astonishing array of wildlife. The evidence they collected will help in the effort to preserve the integrity of this unique environment forever. Operating in the extreme conditions of the tropical rain forest tested the team's mental and physical reserves to the limit. Trying to think straight when you're being plagued by blood-sucking leeches is a challenge no one forgets in a hurry!
