Cant get channels

As a mainstay fan of Alibi in particular (via SKy reception) I cannot now get this channel, nor 108/109/110. I CAN get Alibi+1.
Sometimes these channels are received but then they break up and the screen goes blank - 'no satellite channel being received'
I have spoken to sky...checked signal strength and quality.....reset LNB.......they merely sugest calling out an engineer......
Anybody else had this or can suggest a solution????
