The Bill

Yes, it was Don Beech who accidently killed John Bolton at a quarry whilst trying to escape. Jim Carver was nothing to do with it. Jim turned to gambling as his next vice whilst married to Sgt Ackland.

Burnside was so much like Sweeney's Regan, especially in the early days with quotes like "You're nicked! - xxxx!"

The bill

Quite agree. I assume we all watch around our work/family commitments where a routine is normal. I have a couple of opportunities to watch The Bill within any 24hrs but it has never been consistant. Recently you can now watch the same episode at 9am, 10am on +1, then again at 11am and yet again on +1 and that's it till the following 4am, but even then it can be on whenever.
Sort it please Alibi, after all it's the viewers who get to see the commercial breaks that companies are paying you for us to see. No viewers-no channel!

Cant get channels

This may be just a coincidence but I use Virgin as my TV supplier and I have had so much problem with Alibi+1. All my other channels work fine apart from that. Even called an engineer out who had it working while he was there but now just it keeps freezing. Perhaps they need to boost their output!

The Bill - Don Beech Storyline

Alibi,

Please can I mention that as I have been watching your re-run of The Bill from the start of your broadcasting (Eddie Santini storylines onwards), could you include the full storyline of the attempt to capture the corrupt Don Beech character, which I believe to appearing shortly. A few episodes ago, we learned that CIB were watching him and that shortly to come is where he goes on the run. I remember watching this storyline in 2000 when it originally aired and was a superb 6-8 part story with twists and turns throughout. Ex page 3 model Linda Lusardi makes a fine appearance too, although I never would have thought she was an actress. This was the best ever storyline in my opinion in the history of the programme so can I ask that not only do you show it, but to show it in full without editorial errors similar to which other viewers have noticed with this programme so far.
My HD+ box is at the ready so I do not miss a single episode!
