UK Drama Daytime
I feel, that certain programmes, such as 'Dalziel & Pascoe,' 'Sharpe,' & 'The Inspector Lynley Mysteries,' are unsuitable for daytime viewing, even on a Subscription Channel.
The first particularly, has swearing, called euphemistically 'Strong Language,' is there no 'Weak Language?' It also has constant violent stories. Inspector Lynley also, is hard to credit. Two mismatched people, would not be put together to work, the idea also is passe. Sharpe has always been somewhat violent.
However, popularity appears to be everything, along with LOTSW being endless, colour prejudiced, and sexist. Love Hurts, could eb rerun, that is hardly seen. Howards Way was a sub standard Dallas. Amazingly, no one, in either, seemed to get, Lung Cancer, or Sexually Transmitted Diseases, although J Rolfe, had alcoholism briefly, and a brief renaiissance, as a decent person.
p.s. The 'Embarrassed Smiley.' is misspelled
