actually ever read these boards? They don't seem to bother answering perfectly reasonable questions/requests posted here if they do.

If they don't what is the point of a website feedback board

Guess I have my answer. No they don't read the boards and no they don't reply to them. I'm off to Waitrose to find my recipes and Femail for message boards where the feedback board is actually read and has an effect.

We DO read the boards, but are a bit strapped for time at the moment as we're still catching up after the break and some of the team aren't back in the office yet. But we're here still and working on some of the issues you've raised, including the print preview problem - should be back to normal soon!

Sorry, Jane-UKTVStyle........... but this NOT a since christmas thing this is an ongoing thing for years. To be blunt ever since Ian Fenn departed.

I could also ask why a person with a UKTV Style member addess is answering a UKTVFood query? Are we all now lumped together?

Questions are asked here on a dialy basis, should they not be answered as such? Even if it is just an aknowlegement? Come on, you have great members here but are losing them by the hour!!!! Give us something to grasp hold of.

If you look at the way the website is constructed now UKTV has become one huge being.

Even the link at the top of this thread to the website feedback message board goes to the UKTV.co.uk home page not the food message board.

Was this new site beta tested before it was released to the unsuspecting public? Doesn't look like it.

It the site couldn't answer feedback over Christmas why didn't they post a message to that effect somewhere?
