Just adding another comment.
I emailed programming at UKTV and so far I have not had a reply.
Keep badgering these people by posting messages and emailing those at the top (if they read them at all).
I can't help but spot a big professional blunder. The next UKTV program starts at 18:00 just for a few seconds and then drops into Richard Bransons programs. VERY un professional linking.
Also, regarding advertising revenue, surley WE who are out at work during the day, watch the adverts and some of us might just part with some of that disposable income on their products, if we were allowed the luxury of actually watching the programming shedules.

For what its worth, I would like to protest at the "CLOSURE" of UK TV History. IE no programming on freeview in the evenings. This is the only time I personally can watch Television, I used to enjoy being able to watch UK TV History, when there was nothing much on anywhere else. I have read and contributed to the message boards, so there is no need to quote any corporate speak about how much we are "Valued" as viewers because we are clearly not! I need to be reassured that you will take all comments on board when you next have a programming meeting and actually discuss when, not if, UK TV History will return to our evening freeview screens.

What WILL it take to get the programing back in the evenings (only time I can watch) maybe a petition, flood their email address with complaints, make it sensible or it just goes in the bin folks.

I would like to speak on behalf of those people who don't know how to use a computer to complain. How do they voice their opinions? Is there a telephone number for them so I can pass it on.

Very sad to see such a good program close down. Yes close, as it is no longer on TV at a time that I am available IE not working.

Where has our favourite TV channel gone.???
I used to look forward to watching UK TV History in the evenings when there was nothing much else on!
I could always rely on UK TV History for something to watch.
Gone Gone Gone, without any consultation with the viewing public (I thought that was what TV was for, the viewing public).
Please bring back our favourite TV channel in the evenings and get rid of that garbage called "Dave".
