Will the new Richard and Judy/linear catch-up channel be available via TopUpTV? Some of us can't get cable or satelite.

Why is it best?? Confused if it isn't available via Digital Terrestrial Television some of us will not be able to receive it. Setanta, TopUpTV Anytime and Picturebox movies are all available as subscriptions services on DTT - surely this channel would be great to be available on it, too.
