Hi, Having given my son gluten free bread (on medical advice ) for four years, I now find out he is hyper sensitive to wheat, and the gluten bread has a wheat derivitive in it!! So am now on the search for any advice on which wheat free flour allows me to make appetising bread for him!!! He is currently suspicious that I've changed the bread and wants the soft white one again! Help!
