I would like to express how inspiring this programme is and how in comparison to England with our constant building programmes we seem to have little power to preserve the necessity of green spaces within our residential and working areas, where people can benefit by all sorts of means from good healthy vegetables and herbs to maintain a good healthy immune system. I take a very low bow to Monty Don - you have highlighted such a huge failing in our country - I hope that our government ministers were watching this amazing programme, they could learn so much from Cuba and its huge promotion of growing organic vegetables in as many green spaces as they can, providing employment and health - fantastic!!
