Who is Paul Martin?

Great floellaebony! I will make one. How about everybody else going to Leamington. Why do I suddenly get the feeling I will be there only one there wearing a Paul Martin pin? : My insecurities sneaking up. Nevermind.

Hi everyone!!
Im grinning cos I seen our PAUL today at the valuation in Newport.
When we had been waiting for about 5mins, KATE got out of a car and I thought "Oh No" its her presenting it and PAUL isnt going to be here, but I was smiling 5mins later when a car pulls up and out gets Paul, greeted by a cheering audience!
He went inside, but he was back out in no time looking up and down the people to see what they had brought. I took some photos of an old table that belonged to my grandfather so I showed them to him, dont ask me what he said, cos I was so ga ga just looking at him, I wasnt really listening to what he said, I was just stood there going weak at the knees!!
He looked absolutely GORGEOUS!!!!!
He moved on down the queue, and when he came back towards us, I asked him if I could have a photo taken with him, and he put his arm round me!!!
They did alot of filming right in front of us, so watch out for me when its on telly, Im the fat one in the striped top behind the welsh flag!!!
Well, again we didnt have anything of great value, but it was definately worth going!!!
And I cant wait to see it on the telly!
Oh, I nearly forgot, my husband asked him when his birthday is, 5th January, hes a Capricorn.
Well, thats it for now, Im going to do some ironing

No, not really! My 8 year old decided it would be funny to make Paul look silly - the look of horror on his face when he realized what he'd done made it impossible to be mad! Hub did his best to wipe off the beard and glasses, but the marks are still there... The newspaper cuttings had those captions already - no sabotage necessary

Lucky you, Hippo! Were there loads of PM fans there? How many were lucky enough to be photographed with him like you were?

Hi Floellaebony! I couldnt tell how many PM fans there were really, I only seen one other older lady ask him to have his photo taken with her! And I saw quite a few women ask him for his autograph.

Anyway, i was quite relieved to hear that Paul doesn't go about with a permanent grin on his face . Isn't Fleetingvisit extremely lucky to have experienced both Paul the TV presenter and the real life Paul.

I never got to see him on Johnny Vegas personally i can take or leave Johnny Vegas depending on what mood i'm in, but it does show that Paul must have a wicked sense of humour.

I'm glad he chose to appear on Johnny Vegas rather than some boring chat show like Parkinson, Jonathan Ross might be alright but Paul would have to give a little away about his personal life, and somehow i don't think he would be up for that.

I think he would have really enjoyed a small cameo part in the League of Gentlemen, perhaps taking a ride in Barbara's taxi cab, or taking the film crew to the Local Shop to film the Precious Things!

The message board seems to have gone awry again - I keep getting informed of new messages being posted - but none since 2nd July - somebody give it a kick!

hee hee - well done the kicker- it worked! But where are the other messages????

I've been informed of them too, but where are they . Perhaps they have been deleted by the moderator..........Paul, you really must stop posting such saucy messages!

Help, now I'm having problems with the MSN site it says that it is a members only site and that I need to register or something. It's always worked ok for me up until today not sure what's wrong with it.

Also, logging in here is a nightmare. It always logs me out when I click on a page, and it takes me forever to post a message here.

I loved my trip to England and meeting Paul Martin. I went to Leanington Spa and I loved it. The date with P. didn't work out. I chickened out. I am happy I went and met him. It was nice to see David Barbie and see the Flog It! production team. I enjoyed meeting some of you.
I am too shy to write on the paulmartinpresents message board but I enjoy reading the messages except the awful ones that got posted and caused all this trouble.

I forgot my password again! I forgot my bank automatic teller pin number while I was in England. I was only gone two weeks!! My goodness me. I just got one more off to college so I have been busy and haven't had time to read up on the other message board. Now school has started up and I am busy trying to keep order in the classroom. I won't get to watch Flog It! now unless I run home on my break. I did that last year. I could get the old VCR manual out and make my children learn how to record using the timer. At least I have my autographed picture of Mr. Martin. He is such a doll.

Hi Laura,
I haven't been on msn in a month or more. I feel like such a black sheep. I don't live in England, I only get to watch Flog It! one day a week, and the shows I watch are three years old. I met Paul Martin and he didn't fall in love with me so what more can I do? I might get back to msn in a while (if I can remember my number!). I'm just a bit down in the dumps and preoccupied with teaching.
