hi can anybody help? I have tried everything changing my tablets, steam cleaning, soda crystals etc but still my glasses and cups sometimes have a sandy ? bit inside them ta in advance!

yeah mine do sometimes,have you tried powerballs,do you clean filters regularly,is the salt topped up or it could be the dishes are really dirty wen you put them in,i find i get it wen i have an excess of dirty stuff,like on a roast day...sorry im not much help

seems like filter is clogged

dose your water come straight from the mains or the cold water tank some times sand comes in through the pipe and gathers in the system unfortuntly, if its comes from a tank youll have to flush it through ps. have you got hot fill or cold.

cold fill and it comes from the tank thanks everyone! will keep trying

I used to have a simelar model as you Sandie
till his eyesight faded and then I had to get an electric dishwasher ;p
