I have a play area that is 9sqf. It has play bark on it but it has turned into a bog because it gets no sun to dry it out. Does anyone know were i can get cheaper rubber flooring from to put down instead i have been quoted £256 or any ideas on what else i can use. It has a jungle climber on it so it has to be something that will soften a falling child.

we have RUBBER MULCH under our climbing frame and all the neighbours chldren come round to jump off the top rungs to land in it. It won't turn muddy because it dosen't soak up rain or rot away. We chose natural looking brown which looks even better than real wood bark but it came in blue or brown as well.
It's called "Springy Kids" and came from a new UK company called WUNDERMULCH 07711763647

hiya, i seem to remember answering a post a while back on exactly this topic... so do a search for 'playground', 'rubber' and the like to see if it can offer you more help...

Hi all

Does any other UK Style reader feel like me - I live in Scotland and enter every competition that's going but very very few from Scotland ever win anything - Has UK Style forgotten us up here? Anyone else feel the same?
