i have just finnished my bathroom & was looking for taps & a shower on a not high budget. i went searching and found www.tapshop.net
very good prices, very good service. its worth looking

B&Q and the like are alright if you're not too worried about quality or range. But for decent taps you need a specialist store, and the webs got loads. Two I really like are www.bathroombrass.com and www.brassconsort.co.uk, but I'm sure there are others. Make sure they are clear about prices - whether VAT and delivery charges are included.

I'm sure some people will rush to the defence of B&Q now!
