Extreme Makeover: Home Edition - an Introduction (: (:

Great programme, though might be difficult to do in UK. Our houses or more specifically land area tend to be smaller so less space to expand into. Would love (and desperately need an Extreme Makeover) but don't own property to do up.

There are many stories on the boards of people who are stuck in a house which is just not suitable and no way out - I think if this programme dig get off the boards in this country it would be great to see it deal with the little people for a change and not those who already have money and dont want to spend it.

I think this is a great programme and would love to see it happen in this country to help those people who really deserve and need it. I can't halp but well up every time I watch it. I don't think it will ever take off here as our tv companies are too tight to lavish the expense on these needy people as the americans seem to.
I'd love them to come to my house and I'd pay for them just to be there to transform it. Kirsty

I am a disabled lady who sits and crys every day when I watch this fantistic program, I'd love for this to be done in this counrty. do you think that people in england would help as much??? What a fantastic show, they have such an excellent team and the fact that Ty is a real cutie makes it even better. I just wish they would fly over to the UK and make my day!!!

I'd love to do this kind of thing for people when I'm older, this is my life long ambition. When I saw this program I saw all the wonderfuly thing these people did for these families. I have always wanted to have a job in interior deisgn adn a job that helps people. This program has helped me realise what I want to now.

i'd love to see this programme in th UK I have had to have my parents move in with me along with my brother, which can try anyone's pateince. This is one programme we can all sit down and not argue over.

I just have to make sure me and my dad have a tissue or two for the tears of joy.

Hi what’s happen to rest of HE new series, showed a repeat of season 1 today and looks like tomorrow as well…. What I can tell it’s missing at least 9 episodes plus special episode of family reunion where they get all families together. Plus 2 or 3 specials called “how do they do that” take u behind the scenes of the program

I met Ty last year in America at his book signing he is such a nice guy and he made time to have a quick chat and pose for a pic (that is what his body is best for any way, Isnt it?)
EMHE is fab and i love notjhing but to curl up on the couch and shed a few tears during it.

WHAT A GREAT SHOW, ONLY ONE PROBLEM. FOR A SHOW SO DEDICATED TO HELPING OTHERS, ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY ETC, ITS SUCH A SHAME TO SEE HOW THE "EXPERTS" DEMOLISH THE HOUSES AT THE BEGINNING. SURELY THERE MUST BE BETTER WAYS TO UTILISE SUCH THINGS AS WINDOWS AND DOORS, THAN SMASHING THEM, MAKING THEM HAZARDOUS AND WASTEFUL. COULD NOT THE TEAM FIND A MORE PROMINENT USE FOR SUCH ITEMS..I'M SURE MANY OF THE WINDOWS ETC ARE ALL IN GOOD CONDITION AND COULD POSSIBLY BE USED IN OTHER HOMES WHERE PEOPLE CANNOT AFFORD NEW RESTORATIONS. I LOVE TO WATCH THE SHOW, BUT I CRINGE EVERYTIME I SEE THEM GOING IN WITH THE HAMMERS, SHATTERING GLASS EVERYWHERE,WASTING VALUABLE ITEMS.SURELY SOMEBODY COULD USE THEM, AND EVEN IF THEY CANT, DISPOSE OF THEM SENSIBLY!!!!

I just LOVE the show all the work that they do 4 others is great. It wud be grand if the show came over here but i doubt it will BUT in case they do Ty can stay at my house and i'll look after him you may not get him back mind but he wud be well looked after

i love the show so much i never miss a episode and my sister has now called her son ty and i would love to go and help them do what they do best so if any 1 has any way of knowing if you can do that please let me

Me and my partner watched the show all new years eve and new years day! We were crying every half hour! What a fantastic show, its so nice to see people selflessly helping others in need, in such an amazing way! It makes us feel happy to know there are good people still left in the world!! and then slightly depressed to live in UK where majority of people would never give the time, money or energy to help others in this way! I think the show makes you want to be a better person!! We are loving it!

I absolutely love this show. Watching the guys at work & seeing all the good they do for such unfortunate people makes me realise how well off I really am. It helps that Ty is such a babe

whenever i watch this show i always end up crying. As a single parent who finds it very hard to do diy and too expensive it is great to see people who really need and deserve a bit of happiness receive it!!!!!!!!!!!!
wouldn't it be nice if people in England cared, helped and didnt penalise people for not being as well off as others even half as much as the Americans. It would be a better, happier place to live!!!!!! ; D;

Only God can reward this team as they transform familes lives. I cry everytime i watch the show to think there is good people out there beyond the bombs,accidents, suicides, harricans. People who make a living out of giving joy back to families who need miracles to get by and others need the makeover to make the house a home. The work is beyond Nice it is FAB and so is the team
