Hope to be having an extention and need a builder. Our biggest worry is getting a good one as you hear and see so many horror stories!!!!!!!!!!! Anybody got any advice? From Marg x

get at least 3 quotes and never go with the cheapest. ask the builder for references and make sure you follow them up. wee suggesion
