Whilst I agree with the comment that wearing footless tights for those of us that wore them in the 80's is a fashion disaster, I do not agree with same comment about wearing leggings (long). If you are fortunate to be a size 12/14 and tall then they can look really good with a long jumper and long boots, but keep to black or brown!!
