Hip or no Hip - You can only go as fast as the slowest person. Whilst we have chains in the English conveyancing system, there will also be some delays. I'm afraid I feel Hips will just add to the cost of moving and whilst our conveyancing system may be one of the slowest in Europe, we were also one of the cheapest.
