I think July's issue is off sale this week or next as the magazine industry is always ahead by a month. Still no excuse for it not to work.

If July issue is about to be withdrawn, UKStyle are somewhat late in making this offer today.

Yeah just checked August Issue on sale tomorrow. You would have been only able to get the July issue today if at all.
