I always find British homes interesting, in some ways like the homes in Massachusetts, where my parents live and where my wife grew up. comfortable. But, we've been living on Fort Myers Beach, Florida for many years. I find that for whatever reason, this area of Florida is popular with two sets of Europeans, British and German.
I'm a Realtor and just a word about the current Buyer's Market. This is the best time since I'm been a Realtor in these parts to buy a home. Even the houses on Fort Myers Beach have come down significantly and Sellers are willing to negotiate significantly, also.
