I wonder if you Parents know what these syndromes are? My grand-daughter Abi who is now nearly 10mths has plagiocephaly a nd her parents were told by their HV and Dr not to worry about her having a flat side to her head that she would grow out of it or her hair would cover it, this was when she was about 4mths old by 6mths it was getting worse and her parents decided to something about it themselves and ended up going to a private clinic as the couldn't get ant help on the NHS. Abi is now wearing a Starband helmet (which we had to pay £2000) and in the 7wks that she has worn it you can see a wonderful difference. Perhaps her head might have sorted itself but then again maybe not..... New Parents please be aware that your babies should have tummy time to help prevent this syndrome....
