Can anyone help? Who is the expert in food disorders for young people in the North (Blackpool/Manchester)?

My partner's daughter in nearing 13 & although she has a counsellor (etc.) seems to be getting worse & worse with suffering from bulimia (we have a 'anorexia' diagonsis from the so called professionals but she rarely starves, is overweight & clearly wants/does try to purge herself of most food); as an ex-bulumic I have tried to give her sound nutrional info (which the 'professionals' haven't!) regarding not worrying about certain foods making her fat (as that is her major preoccupation) & support but she has recently started stealing money from her mother & we now hear that there has been some mild self-harm! Her mother & her can barely speak any longer for the moods & aggression that come with all of this.
She's above-average intelligence, bright & lovable girl with acting talent, humour & good with my small child too but the 6 months of professional help seem to have made matters worse.
Does anyone know who the respected professional's professional in the Blackpool area would be?

im afraid i dont know of any doctors in the area, but i too used to suffer with both anorexia and bulmia and just cause your overweight doesnt mean the problem isnt there, also you need to be careful as anorexics can be very decieving i remember hiding food and throwing stuff away so it looked like i was eating, watch out for her not wanting to eat in front of u, take care
