The best white shirts for bigger boobed ladies are those from Bravissimo. They are the only fitted shirts I can wear and I recommend them to anyone who is 'bigger up top'. Normal sized shirts are either straining at the buttons and threaten to pop open or (if I buy them to accommodate the bust comfortably) far too big on the waist.
