I have started a new topic cause it seems the old one is never monitored.
Why oh why am I constantly being told of "delays" only to be told on the same page "this is a mistake". I have removed my property & put it up for sale twice in the last 2 weeks & even had " you've got an offer" e-mails to find the same "delay message" when I log on. many other people have the same problem so can we have it sorted PLEASE

why is it when you have got a specialist in to sort out the rising damp does it come up with a delay and then you get an email telling you that you have got the problem which you paid for someone to sort out only to pay again

What has happened to the game?
