Following a program on uklifestyle about children from russia living in a home in russia,i was reminded of a similar requirement in Latvia - where there are many street children , who are also in need of a home or somewhere to stay - would it be possible if you could give me some advice on how to source sponsors / approach charities / government in latvia on this subject?
