Re Better Homes. I gather you use Kitchen Italia for some of your refurbishments. I would just like to say that I had one of their kitchens fitted 5 months ago and since then I have been trying to get a copy of their promised Guarantee from them - but they ignore letters and don't seem willing to provide this...... I do not therefore find them an honourable Company!
