I think the Scot guy, the one whose parents you met is the guy for you - not because you have met his parents, tho lovely mother-in-law helps, but because he is smitten by you in that understated way, actually says you are wife material in that dignified manner and can step up to you (note his comment " so you are this matriarch checking out all these guys" and then gives you a dose of your own medicine ... .
