We have newly painted walls in off white with palest pink tinge, new carpet in charcoal, and new black leather lounge suite. Thinking of either plain or textured or maybe even shiny white curtains (drapes) or if I can find the exact same shade as wall - then pinky off white. Pattern on carpet is large beige and black outline circles - one carpet tuft thick outline, leaves me with a choice to use material with a circle pattern , for curtains, cushions. I think this is really going to be too plain - even though the carpet and lounge suite are dramatic. Realise there's a need for bright colour to give room a lift. Should I forget pink and white and go turquoise or teal? Suggestions?
