The Bill question and request

Thread Starter: thumbolina    Started: Wed 22 Aug 2007    Replies: 6

Why are the episodes still jumping about when The Bill returns in September? PLEASE can we have them in order and, best of all, PLEASE can you go back to the 1990s and show them in order. Thank you.

Great to have the 2006 episodes back and even better that there seems to be a midday repeat from next Monday. I'm hoping for a run to the end of the year and then a jump back to late 2001/early 2002 - preferably uncut this time. Well done UK Gold for recognising that an additional later showing is useful and I hope this is a permanent scheduling change.

I watched the Bill yesterday and am pleased to say that it did start from where it finished off back in March/April so hopefully now we'll have some consistency until it all changes again. I for one am very happy that the Bill 2006 is back. Smile

i no, i was realy gettin into it i love the older episodes, particularly 2000 onwards and i liked the storylines with phil, debbie and juliet (the whole love triangle thing) and with kerry and smithy, and it was gettin round to them ones but now its the new ones and there not even in the right order!? Confused i hope it picks up where it left off like it said it was gonna! Smile

All I can say is that I am extremely happy that the Bill 2006 is returning next week as these particular episodes were on whilst I was in the states for months so now I can sit back, relax and enjoy watching them and I can't flipping wait (like most Bill fans I suspect). Good programmes come to those who wait!!

The most puzzling question has to be not why they are jumping around, but why are they showing episodes recently screened on ITV and UKTV Gold that most people dont want to see???

I can only imagine that the bosses are closing the channel down shortly so they are trying to make as many viewers switch off so then they have the excuse to get rid of the channel.
