We were watching this evening's Inspector Lynley Mystery when there was an extremely loud and annoying voice over (concerning a later programme) during the final conversation between the Inspector and the Sergeant resulting in us not knowing what was said. 10 seconds later when the credits were rolling would have been an ideal time. For goodness sake why? You spoiled our enjoyment of a good episode.

I totally agree. It was completely crass and spoiled the ending completely. This is the first time I have contacted a television company because I hope that someone will take note and make some changes. It's a good way to lose viewers.

As if it's not bad enough adverts crash into the middle of a scene indiscriminately, having announcers yapping all the way through the final scene puts the lid on it! Come on, Drama - get a grip!

Very annoying - most of the continuity announces are pre-recorded and are used over and over again - see Paramount 2 and Drama for this - someone was a little too eager to press the button and get away for some coffee!
