Warren Clarke would have to be one the best British character actors ever!
It doesn't matter what role he is playing he just becomes the character.
Hopefully Dalziel and Pascoe will keep going for a few more episodes yet. (Well OK lots of episodes!)

Totally agree. He is a very underestimated actor who can play serious or comedy roles. Dalziel & Pascoe is my favourite programme on telly at the mo. Long may it reign.

I have just received in the post the DVD The Debt so am looking forward to watching Warren in a new role. (new for me!)
