i love broad beans but i cook them simple.. which is nice but has anybody got any other ideas please.

ive been growing chiles for the first time this year and im not really green fingered i know one is called red demon which i know is a dwarf and great for me because im growing them on my kitchen windowsill, the other im unsure about because i grew them from the seeds out of my store cupboard!! so im even more proud of these they are now about two foot high (thank goodness my wife is supportive!!) im asking please advice on how tall will they grow?? they both are doing really well and now produced a white flower is that where the chili will come ?? and am i ok to treat them as tomatoe plants which i have been lead to beleve?

so... ive got a really fresh piece of white fish and im lucky enough to get fresh lobsters when i want but have'nt got enough ideas to cook them ive tried a few ways (and may i suggest cooking them blue or live ((after putting them in your freezer for two hours)) over slightly hot coals on the barbie cutting them open removing the vien that is at the top of the tail and drizzling them with garlic n chilli butter n serving them with a fresh green salad and a glass of white wine or freezing cold beer, all you need is a hot sunset what more could we all want?? has anybody got any other ideas or a good fish sauce please Cool

when is the best time to plant my hanging baskets outside, i have been growing my own plug plants and they have come on great id hate to loose them by planting them out to soon?? also what is the best food to give them??

wots the best way to roast veg? ive heard par boil first then add olive oil or put straight from fresh?? im really confused. i love roast veg... the more interesting the better.please help n wot with??

Hi ive just got a load of herbs basil, corriander, mint, thyme, chives, im not in anyway green fingered but im interested growing my own herb garden or tub because im a keen cook and fed up of buying my own please help anyone Cry

Hi ive just got some really nice lamb chump chops and have a few of my own ideas what to do with them but can anybody give me a few more?? or even great tips on the best way to cook them and what with? Confused

i am not a gardener but have had the idea of growing my own herbs in tubs because im a keen cook, ive started to grow mint, basil, parsley and tried to get some helpfull hints and tips on doing this with success. I am aware that you may find it easy to grow but by no means have i got green fingers. Please can you help ive tried looking on your site but not found anything. Thank you Confused
