Ground Force
Helpful Tools
Meet the Ground Force Team!
Meet the warriors in wellies that make up the Ground Force army!
Charlie
Charlie Dimmock has become one of the most recognisable faces on British television, famed as much for her miraculous garden makeovers as she is for her lack of undergarments! Find out more about this gregarious gardener in Meet Charlie Dimmock and Charlie Dimmock Uncovered!
Tommy
East End boy Tommy Walsh has injected a certain amount of cockney charm into Ground Force over the years. Known for his upfront opinions and his landscaping skills, this chirpy chap has become an indispensable member of the team. Find out more in Meet Tommy Walsh.
Kirsty
Scottish-born Kirsty has emerged from behind the camera to join the troupe and get her hands dirty! With a wealth of experience in horticulture we're sure she's going to be a natural. Read more about Ground Force's newest recruit in Meet Kirsty King.
Will
Known to most ardent Ground Force viewers as the one with the long hair, Will has now lost his locks (because he was tired of washing it!) but thankfully he has not lost his building skills, nor his ability to have amusing banter with Tommy! Find out more in Meet Will Shanahan.
Alan
Although he has now left the series, we couldn't mention Ground Force and not mention the godfather of gardeners, Alan Titchmarsh! Perhaps the best known gardener in the UK, Alan is popular with all ages and even has a waxwork model of himself in Madam Tussaud's!
Find out more in Meet Alan Titchmarsh , Alan Titchmarsh Live Chat and Alan Titchmarsh and Ann Maurice - Live Chat Transcript .

Hello all, I am sorry to tell you but "Groundforce" hung up their tools in 2005 (it does say so on this website) The website you are reading also belongs to UKTV, they only show the programmes, they do not make them.
But do have a look around this website for lots of useful information.
Good luck
