Weed It & Reap
Weed It & Reap - Alexandria, Scotland
The owners of the property featured in this, the eighth episode of Weed It & Reap, are hoping to make a tidy profit when they put their home on the market. The team joined them in Alexandria to lend a hand...
Lorna and Derek have been together for three years - they have no pets and no children, so don't share their home with anybody else! The couple bought their two-bedroom detached home in 1995 for £69,000. Back then, it was part of a new estate. The property is just off the main high street in Alexandria, behind a recently converted shopping outlet. Lorna and Derek are currently in the middle of decorating the interior and hope to have the property valued once this work has been completed. They are hoping to get in region of £95,000 to £100,000 for the house.
A conservatory has been added to the house but despite having grand designs they have done nothing to the back garden. Lorna and Derek did save up some money last summer to spend on the garden but at the last minute decided to go to Hawaii instead! Several neighbours have commented that work needs to be done on the garden and Lorna now realises she will not sell the property whilst the back garden remains a muddy mess.

the garden featured above is exactly what i want however reversed i.e. left on the right and right on the left. my garden also has a consevatory leaving very little distance between the conservatory and the boundary directly ahead. please could you send me a picture of the whole garden as on the web it only shows one side.. from various angles would be great. if you have any other designs showing a short, however wide gardens with a conservatory juting out in the middle i would welcome the inspiration it is driving me crazy, trying to fathom out what to do. thank you so much. by the way your programme is great. I have never sent a message before. therefore if this is not meant to go to the programme and is directed at the general public the same applies ideas ideas ideas and pictures if possible. maggie. - Something to say?
