Hi,
I wonder if someone out there would have the recipe that was demonstrated on COUNTRYFILE SUMMARY DIARIES a couple of days ago.
It was a rich fruit cake. The only thing i remember is that the mixed dried fruit was heated up (or boiled?) with Ale beer. It looked a really simple cake to do and most delecious too!
