I am not sure if the "powers at be" at UKTV Gardens read this forum but can I suggest you look into purchasing the rights to broadcast the various Mr Smith series from the 1980s. These were all presented by Geoffrey Smith - the best TV gardener ever in my opinion. They included Mr Smith’s Flower Garden, Mr Smith's Favourite Garden (my favourite), Mr Smith's Fruit Garden and Mr Smith’s Indoor Garden. He also did Geoffrey Smith’s World of Flowers.

These were all very practical programs and the advice in them is just as relevant today as it was then. I am sure others would love to see them again or for the first time.
