I may be wrong but i think I have seen "Wartime Kitchen and Garden" DVD for sale on Amazon. I was doing a search for the Victorian Flower Garden and found a link to it.

Hello, My name is Alison Arnison, I was the Scullery Maid in the 'Victorian Kitchen' Series. I am now living in Canada and have 3 children. I cannot believe it has been approx 20 years since we filmed the series!!!! I am still in touch with Ruth and some of the crew. It was very sad news about Harry Dobson. He was a very nice man and it was an honour to work with him.

It is great to see that everyone really enjoyed all the 'Victorian' programs and are still watching them. Although I wish they would put more on DVD
Best Regards, Alison. Smile

Hi Alison,

My wife and I were only just watching you on DVD and wondering what you and Ruth are up to now and here you are !!! It's a fascinating DVD and sadly they don't put quality programmes like this on in the UK any more. We also love the Victorian Kitchen garden and find Harry fascinating to watch. If only I could have him with me in my small garden advising me in my novice beginings. Yes, its so sad he has died. What knowledge must have gone with him but what an amazing life he had

We love old preriod drams like Upstairs Downstairs and the Duchess Of Duke Street. Did you ever watch any of those?

Would be lovely to hear from you Wink

Ian. Smile
