This programme annoys me, it is just loads of slightly nutty allotments owners talking slowly and not doing anything excting. Confused

I appeared in the big dig from the rhondda allotment side. After the programme ended,we were taken to london to meet our fellow allotmenteers
and we got on famously. They have also visited us in wales.Thats what allotments are all about

How about another series of The Big Dig, very good programme, inspired me to get an allotment myself. Fed up of watching the re-runs though.

you lot need to get a copy of My life on a hillside allotment, it was written by Terry Walton. (he of the hangover).

He was based on the Welsh site.

Very enjoyable. Smile

I'm another fan of the big dig . I too say more please. I have decided to grow veg this year and I find the program invaluable. The allotmenteers are a great bunch and share their knowledge willingly. Its nice to see ordinary people gardening. You dont usualy get to see how things are done in the ordinary environment and its so refreshing. I love it. More please Smile Smile
