Great to see a programme by a nutritionist, who explains the nutritional aspect and creates dishes that you can so easily make. I found this programme addictive and try not to miss them. Has she done a book. She also looks really healthy which is important as that is what we all want to acheive through our diets and lifstyle. Gillian McKeith take heed
