Hi all. We have leftover roast chicken from yesterday, and I remember a recipe I once had for leftover chicken, rice and sultanas I think, you cooked the whole thing in a wok and somehow crisped up some onions around it. It was delicious, quite spicy, but I've lost the recipe. A long shot I know, but doesn anyone know of this recipe, or do something similar?
