Thai curry without (chili) heat

I am cooking for two Thai students, one of whom cannot stand curry or any other chili heat.
Cooking a green/red curry using the recipes I have comes out quite creamy and tasty, but leaving out the curry results in watery fairly tasteless meal.
Does any one have a recipe which produces a rich creamy chicken dish without any heat. Sounds simple, but I've spent hours on Google.
Any help appreciated.
