Does anyone know where I can buy lamb's brains ? Either a shop in Wiltshire / Berkshire area or preferably online. I tried brain fritters on holiday recently and loved them but can't seem to buy them anywhere and my local butcher can't get them.
There must be a website out there somewhere selling them ?

Hi, Try Indian/Pakistani grocery shop. Most of them have butcher section as well and they have lambs brain or can get for you.
