Lamb

I'm wanting to a good, tasty marinade for lamb which is to going to be served in pitta bread or in wraps. I don't cook with lamb so that's why I'm not sure what to use or how to cook it. I am going to have several sauces to seve with it, a mint and yoghurt, a sweet chilli sauce and wanting to find a nice hot sauce too. Please help if you can.......

Olive oil, garlic, lemon juice and oregano or rosemary is hard to beat. What cut are you planning to cook? But, if you are planning to serve a selection of sauces, it may be best just studded with garlic and kept relatively plain.
