ok so ive just sent him a message all i can do now is wait, i asked him alot actully
1> can they frezze well?
2> can they be left out of the fridge
3> as it as liqor in them i wasnt sure if it would frezze as its alchol.

Martin who overlooks the website has replied on here before on behalf of Ross if he can't answer himself, so worth a try I think.

Well i proberly will try it...i went on Delia Smiths website and on her truffle website it says you can freeze them but then its a slighty differnt recipe to this one....but im not sure if i like the look of Delias one! I will try and ask him, doubt ill get a reply though!

I'm not saying they can't be, but I don't think I would. However I have kept them longer than 3 days.
If in doubt why not trying asking Ross himself?
