vegatable curry

hi,
Wondered if anyone can help, making a tried and favourite tomato based chicken curry tomorrow night but have a friend coming who is vegetarian.
The recipe needs the chicken to be marinated in spice and yoghurt beforehand a bit like tikka, then roasted before adding it to sauce for final 5 minutes
Any ideas as to what veg would bve best at absorbing marinade then roasting, I'm thinking potatoes cut in wedges and courgette, peppers - anything else?
