I THINK THE PROGRAMME ( Market Kitchen) IS GREAT, very uplifting, with interesting, unpatronising Presenters, lots of humour and brilliant recipes well explained, much better than the rude arrogant, Jenny ???, whose on LBC Radio now.

I look forward to MK every day, it always gives me an uplift, not to mention how much I learn about cooking. Programmers, WELL DONE!!!!

The prevailing, unconfirmed theory is they were trying to capture the old Jeni loyalists with someone similar. Outgoing, jovial, speaks-her-mind. A good theory, perhaps, but the dire nature of the Market Kitchen format I think makes any tweak a failure. MK just doesn't work. Everything from the rotating hosts to the camera work to the insipid pots-and-pans bumper music grates on the nerves.
