Hi ya
Yes you can, they are the 2 i always cook...i tend to do chicken with chick peas or diced up potatoe. You can freeze anything as long as you have let it cool to go cold naturally first...its so important to makesure its cold before freezing. Any curry you do once cooled down to cold can be frozen regardless of ingredients!!!!!!!!! Happy cookin n freezin

Hi eltel4
In answer to your question you can cook curries whenever you like...just makesure they have gone cold before you attempt to freeze them as you would with anything. A curry always tastes generally better the next day as it has marinated further in its flavours. I find when i have frozen them and re-heat them they are even spicer as again they are then very marinated. I generally will cook mine in the morning and leave it till the evening before eating but thats usually just due to the time i would eat, as nothing stopping you from cooking and eating it straight away either. I always cook more so often we have a dinner of it the next day as well maybe small amount to freeze for another time. Just makesure if you freeze you use a decent container with a well sealed lid to prevent an smells leaking out.
If you buy your naan in advance you can always freeze a pack..and just take out of the freezer the morning you know you wish to use them. That way you will always have a pack in the house to use.
Cooked dishes that i have frozen i always eat within at least 3 wks to a month of freezing but thats just my preference as they say most things can be frozen upto 3mths but hmmm each to his own and all that.
Hope this has helped.
